The LiveinspiRD Group Coaching Program is for women ready to lose fat, transform their bodies, create long term health habits and finally stop following diets that do not work!

After working with hundreds of clients who just like me felt frustrated and confused to why they kept losing and then regaining the weight over and over again, I realized they needed to relearn the basics.

In this program I will teach you my LiveinspiRD Lifestyle method I’ve developed as a Registered Dietitian. This method shows you how to lose weight & keep it off, create habits that stick and gain long-term health!

How Does It Work?

The LiveinspiRD Group Coaching Program is a 12 week group program that covers everything you need to know about nutrition and weight management for long lasting results.

When you sign up, you’ll get access to your client portal and private group.

To get started, you’ll learn how to calculate your calories and macronutrient needs.

Not sure what a macronutrient is? No worries – you’ll be a pro by the time you’re done with this program!

Once you’ve calculated your calorie and macronutrient needs, you’re ready to move into meal planning.

From there I’ll teach you how to plan your week. We discuss eating out, unplanned events and anything else that might come up!
