HSA & FSA Accepted
Superbills available on request, so you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
How it works
Start with a conversation. Keep going with a plan.
Self-pay means no referrals, no prior authorizations and no waiting on approvals. It's holistic by design: nutrition, movement, stress, sleep and habits all move your numbers.

Questions, answered.
-
Sessions are self-pay. If you'd like to seek reimbursement, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network coverage. Reimbursement depends on your plan, so check with your insurer first.
-
Yes. Nutrition counseling for conditions like diabetes and hypertension is typically an eligible expense, and you can pay with your HSA or FSA card.
-
We start with an in-depth consultation: your health history, medications, schedule, food preferences and a review of your labs (A1c, fasting glucose, lipids, etc.). You leave with a personalized plan.
-
Weekly or bi-weekly — whichever fits your needs and schedule. Weekly is great when you're starting out or adjusting medication; bi-weekly gives more room to practice between sessions.
-
Single sessions are flexible with no commitment. The 12-session package is the best value (about $125 per session, saving $301) and gives you consistent support to build habits that last.
